A tip for effective use of Edic
Superheat;
Since the activating water and the steam are the essential
element for effective heating of the foods, some attention to prevent heat and steam
to escape from the vessels shall greatly improve its efficiency. Any kitchen
utensil and table ware of vessel type can serve the purpose.
1.
Prepare two of anything functions as bowl
(smaller for food bowl and a larger/deeper for heat/steam generation) and a
cover that can over-wrap the both bowls with enough space in between for steam
to whirl around.
2.
Place food in a bowl – food bowl.
3.
Place Edic Superheat in
a larger and deeper bowl – heater
bowl.
4.
Pour measured amount of water in to heater bowl.
5. Place a cover in a way that the steam circulates between food bowl and heater bowls.
